Professional equality
Our professional field and the specificity of our activity of transport and handling of furniture generate a disparity of our workforce.
In collaboration with the Occupational Medicine, the CARSAT and the FETE Association (Femmes Egalité Emploi) we are taking action to reduce these gaps.
Gender Equality Index
We do not have enough female employees in the Laborer category (Drivers, Material Handlers, Dock Workers). We do not have enough male employees in the Clerk category (Operations Assistants, Administrative Staff). Our gender equality index is UNCALCULABLE
Our commitment remains unwavering, and we are proud to inform you that we have a female team leader on our docks. Our collective agreement on professional equality, signed in 2023, is due for renewal in 2026.
